Kristy Adler excellent travel professional

Kristy is always available for questions leading up to a booking and for any questions thereafter. She handles all of the necessary documentation w/the cruise line, including coordinating airfare choices (when it’s included w/the cruise package). She keeps everything simple to understand and a timeline for any upcoming required items prior to the voyage. Additionally, (when appropriate) the cruise will provide an onboard credit in booking w/her. We have used Kristy for several cruises in the past, as well as, for a few upcoming voyages.

Will it cost us more to book with CRUISE and RESORT?

Usually it will cost you the same or less to book with CRUISE and RESORT. Promotions come and go almost daily, but we offer the most current rates, often with exclusive CRUISE and RESORT and Virtuoso benefits and amenities. When online companies treat cruises as a commodity, guests are almost always short-changed. They may add something appealing in one area, while stripping out features in others. Don’t be fooled. If the deal looks too good to be true, well…it probably is too good to be true. If you should happen to find a legitimate lower price on the same cruise and room category, let your Personal Luxury Travel Advisor know. In most cases, we can match or beat any legitimate offer. We are, first and foremost, honest with our clients. We think you should expect that from any company you patronize.

What about groups, family reunions, meetings and ship charters?

CRUISE and RESORT books a huge number of cabins on the most popular cruises, so our clients are often taking advantage of group pricing without even knowing it. However, if you book a group (usually 8 cabins or more), we can frequently arrange for you to cruise free. The more cabins you book, the more free beds can be earned.
