Overview

You really need more than a computer when booking a cruise vacation.

Our Personal Luxury Travel Advisors know that all cruise lines and cruise cabins are not the same.  They can explain the differences between the many stateroom categories.  Sometimes a less expensive room may actually be a better choice due to location or other reasons.  CRUISE and RESORT has relationships with the cruise lines that translate into better values for our clients.  We open doors for our clients that are often closed or unavailable to less sophisticated travelers.

Q: It seems like there are so many websites offering deals on cruises.  Will it cost us more to book with CRUISE and RESORT?

A:  Usually it will cost you the same or less to book with CRUISE and RESORT.  Promotions come and go almost daily, but we generally offer the most current rates, often with exclusive CRUISE and RESORT benefits and amenities.  Some Internet companies treat cruises as a commodity, much like an airline ticket.  We strongly believe cruise passengers are short-changed by that attitude.  At CRUISE and RESORT, our founders were instrumental in the development and growth of the cruise industry. Don’t be fooled.  If the deal is too good to be true, well…it probably is too good to be true.  Some online companies will add something appealing in one area, while stripping out features in others.  If you should happen to find a legitimate lower price on the same cruise and room category, let your Personal Luxury Travel Advisor know. In most cases, we are able to match or beat any legitimate offers.  We are first and foremost honest with our clients.  We think you should expect that from any company you patronize.

Q:  What about groups, family reunions, meetings, ship charters, etc.?

A:  CRUISE and RESORT books a huge number of cabins on the most popular cruises, so our clients are often taking advantage of group pricing without even knowing it.  However, if you book a group (usually 8 cabins or more), we can frequently arrange for you to cruise free.  The more cabins you book, the more free beds can be earned.  Ask your Personal Luxury Travel Advisor for more details.
